Mykonos: Home Of The Sweet And Beloved Island Mascot Pelican “Petros”

Quality of life was so extremely important to the inhabitants of Mykonos that they traditionally discovered a way to engineer the edges of roof tops in order to eliminate the sound of the whistling wind?

See For Yourself:

Take time out and fully experience Mykonos, the island that has been given the name “White Island”.

On this excursion you will have the pleasure of witnessing its breathtakingly beautiful beaches, unspoiled landscapes, picturesque churches, dove-cotes and windmills. This excursion will take you on a tour of the island where you will visit, appreciate and test out the beaches of Aghios Giannis, Ornos, Aghios Stefanos, Kalafatis and Aghia Anna.

This excursion will also make its way to the Monastery of Panagia Tourliani, in the village of Ano Mera, where its precious and magnificently sculptured gold plated iconostasis made in Florence in 1767 and its unique coexistance of a Greek-Orthodox Byzantine bell-tower with a western tradition currently remains.

Furthermore, this journey will escort you on a walking tour through Mykonos Town where you will learn…and may even catch a glimpse of "Pelican Petros" wandering in the streets.

So bring your cameras and enjoy the island gifts that await you.

MYKONOS DAY CRUISE SOUTH COAST

Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays
10:00 - 18:00

A Full-Day-Trip with a traditional boat at the southern coast of Mykonos.

Relax, enjoy the sun, watch the crystal clear seawater, see quiet beaches...
Meeting point is the pier of Aghios Giannis. We get aboard the traditional boat Dolphins of Delos which takes us along the south coast towards the East. If the wind is strong south, then we are going towards the north coast.
We head for the uninhabited island of Dragonissi, well known for its beautiful coastline and caves. If the weather permits we go into the caves with a dinghy.
We return to the coast of Mykonos and stop at the deserted beach of Frangias. Here we have enough time for swimming and snorkeling and we offer ouzo, wine, juices & water together with a lunch (bread, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, tzatziki, dolmadakia, giant beans, meatballs).
After lunch there is enough time to spend on the beach. The boats leave for the next beach of Paradise. Here we have time for a coffee break another swim and there is also a station for water sports.
Then we head back towards the pier of Aghios Giannis in the evening sun after a day full of activities and beautiful impressions.
